Salary:

$110,000 – $130,000 per year A bitabout us: We’re looking for an Associate Attorney to help supportour department by researching legal issues and drafting legaldocuments such as briefs, motions and pleadings, conductingdepositions, attending mediation, preparing cases for trial. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research,possess excellent writing skills and be creative enough to findsolutions to new problems and be experienced in NYS Labor Law (Construction) MVA, trip/slip and fall, premise and constructionmatters to handle cases from inception through trial. Job Details Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor(JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 2 yearsof experience as an attorney, with NYS Labor Law (Construction)being ideal. 3. Admission to the State Bar of New York. 4. Provenexperience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts andother legal documents. 5. Demonstrated ability to represent clientsin court and other legal proceedings. 6. Exceptional researchskills and the ability to provide accurate and timely legal advice.7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Stronginterpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships withclients and colleagues. 9. Demonstrated commitment to professionalethics and client confidentiality. 10. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team, managing a high-volumeworkload in a fast-paced environment. 11. Proficient in legalresearch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
