Associate Attorney (Hybrid – East Meadow, NY) 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars East Meadow, NY 11554 • Hybrid work Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with at least one year of litigation experience to join the team at one of New York’s leading defense firms in their East Meadow, NY office! The ideal candidate will have at least two years of medical malpractice defense experience, but the firm is open to considering candidates with litigation experience from other sectors. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic and busy law practice! The role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite in East Meadow, 2 remote!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting/reviewing/responding to discovery documents Conducting and/or defending depositions Court appearances Motion practice Performing legal/medical research
REQUIREMENTS
