Salary:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorneyto join our esteemed legal team. This is an exceptional opportunityfor an attorney who is passionate about civil litigation andtrails, and wishes to contribute and grow in a stimulating andcollaborative environment. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing a caseload, daily court appearances,preparing cases for trial, and negotiating settlements. The rolerequires a strong commitment to our ethics of deliveringhigh-quality legal advice and a passion for serving our clientswith excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all phases of civillitigation from inception to conclusion. 2. Represent clients incourt or before government agencies. 3. Conduct thorough legalresearch to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.4. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patentapplications, mortgages, leases, and contracts. 5. Handle trialsand hearings, take depositions, argue motions, and meet with judgesto discuss the merits of the case. 6. Evaluate findings and developstrategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.7. Negotiate settlements in civil litigation cases. 8. Adviseclients concerning business transactions, claim liability,advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rightsand obligations. 9. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations forindividuals and businesses. 10. Maintain client relationships andwork with team members to ensure a high level of clientsatisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree froman accredited law school. 2. Must be a member in good standing withthe state bar. 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in civillitigation and trials. 4. Proven background in litigation and courtprocedures. 5. Excellent negotiation, research, and communicationskills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. High degreeof professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas. 9. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills. 10. Ability to managemultiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 11. Proficient inlegal research software and MS Office.
