Real estate landlord/tenant, foreclosure, coop/condo, adverse possession, access agreement Transactional Experience analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal memoranda and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits and other legal filings as well as discovery demands. Book of Business of $300-$500000 Submission of writing sample will be required. 1900 billable hours. Salary $150000-180000 based on experience. #IND2 #LI-DT1
