  We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Workers Compensation to join our legal team.

The ideal candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings and ensure that they receive the compensation they deserve for workplace injuries. This role requires a strong understanding of litigation processes and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks related to workers compensation claims. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in workers compensation hearings and legal proceedings
Prepare and file legal documents related to workers compensation claims
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with insurance companies
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case arguments
Advocate for clients’ rights in court and other legal settings
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options
Draft legal briefs, motions, and other necessary documentation
Collaborate with medical professionals to gather evidence for claims
Qualifications
JD (Juris Doctor) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience in litigation, particularly in workers compensation cases
Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and negotiation principles
Excellent mediation and advocacy skills
Exceptional legal writing and client representation abilities
Knowledge of intellectual property, corporate law, and employment law is a plus
