Salary:

Leasenegotiations. Lead legal due diligence. Open and maintain files andrecord critical dates and contingencies. Prepare a closingchecklist, and formal closing notification which includes outliningcritical dates and clearly communicating open conditions toclosing. Coordinate closing with all parties in the transaction,including the buyer, sellers, title insurance company, opposingcounsel, and lender.

Manage transactional communication between allparties:

clients, tenant’s counsel, lender’s counsel, titlecompany, management company, transfer agent, real estate agents,loan officers, and lender closing departments.
