Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal support andadvice to our clients in the area of insurance defense. Manage allaspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions,discovery, motion practice, and trial work. Handle a caseloadinvolving insurance defense, commercial litigation, and liabilitycases. Serve as the first chair in trials, presenting cases in away that ensures the client’s rights and interests are protected.

Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve casesefficiently and favorably. Work on labor law issues andconstruction accident cases, providing expert advice and guidance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal codes, courtprocedures, precedents, government regulations, and the legallandscape. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals toensure the best representation for our clients. Communicateeffectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, andteam members.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from an accreditedlaw school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an InsuranceDefense Attorney or similar role. Proven experience with trialwork, first-chair responsibilities, commercial litigation,liability cases, labor law, and construction accident cases.

Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills. Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities. Must be licensed topractice law in the state. Ability to manage and prioritizemultiple cases and tasks. Exceptional attention to detail andorganizational skills.
