You will be responsible for representing our clients in complexinsurance defense cases, providing expert legal advice, andmaintaining the highest standards of professional conduct. Responsibilities As anInsurance Defense Attorney, your responsibilities will include: 1.Representing clients in court , presenting evidence to defendclients in civil litigation. 2. Conducting legal research,preparing and arguing motions, and drafting legal documents such aspleadings, briefs, and appeals. 3. Providing expert legal advice oninsurance matters, including claims handling, policyinterpretation, and insurance coverage disputes. 4. Handling a widerange of insurance defense cases, including personal injury,property damage, and professional liability claims. 5. Negotiatingsettlements on behalf of clients, balancing the client’s interestswith the risk and expense of trial. 6. Staying updated with thelatest developments in insurance law and civil litigation, ensuringcompliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethicalstandards. Qualifications The ideal candidate for the InsuranceDefense Attorney position should have the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2.Admission to the state bar and 1 year of experience as an insurancedefense attorney or in a similar role. 3. Extensive experience incivil litigation, including trial experience, and a deepunderstanding of insurance law. 4. Proven ability to handle a largecaseload and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 5.Exceptional legal research skills and the ability to draftcompelling legal briefs. 6. Strong negotiation skills and theability to resolve disputes favorably for our clients. 7. Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability toprovide clear and concise legal advice. 8. High ethical standardsand professional integrity.
