Job Details Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited lawschool and admission to the New York State Bar. 2 years ofexperience in real estate law, with a strong focus on land use,zoning, and municipal approvals. Experience representing clientsbefore municipal boards is highly preferred. Exceptional writtenand oral advocacy skills. Strong analytical abilities and keenattention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple mattersindependently and as part of a team. Commitment to client serviceand long-term relationship building.
