Matrimonial Attorney Hartin Family Law, LLC Massapequa, NY 11758 • Hybrid work Seeking an experienced divorce and family law associate to join a small and growing practice. About This Opportunity Join our established matrimonial law practice in Massapequa, NY, where you’ll handle complex family law matters in Nassau County and Suffolk Counties from initial consultation through trial resolution. We’re seeking a dedicated attorney with 2-4 years of experience who thrives in an independent environment and is passionate about advocating for clients during life’s most challenging transitions. What You’ll Do Manage a diverse caseload of matrimonial and family law matters Represent clients in both Supreme Court and Family Court proceedings Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements Handle cases independently from start to finish Build lasting client relationships through compassionate, effective representation
What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school and admission to NY State Bar 2-4 years of focused experience in matrimonial/family law Ability to work independently with little supervision Proven trial experience in both Supreme Court and Family Court Strong litigation and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
