$150,000 – $250,000 per year A bit aboutus: Leading full-service litigation law firm based in NYC,specializing in Malpractice/Negligence Defense. Representing majorhospital systems, nursing homes, assisted living facilities,managed care organizations, individual physicians, medicalprofessionals and facilities nationwide. The firm is expanding intoLong Island and seeking multiple Defense Litigation Attorneys. Openpositions range from experienced mid-level associates (minimum 3rdyear) to senior trial attorneys and partner-level attorneys with aproven track record of success. Candidates should have a strongbackground in Civil Defense Litigation including medicalmalpractice, general liability, premises liability, productliability, MVS, etc. Why join us?

We are seeking Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys tojoin our offices in Manhattan & Long Island. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in medical malpractice defense,general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defenselitigation.

Qualifications:

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from anaccredited law school.

Licensure:

Admission to the New York StateBar. . . New Jersey would be a plus

Experience:

Minimum of 2 yearsof civil litigation experience, with a strong preference formedical malpractice defense.

Bonus Experience:

general liabilitymatters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, labor law,and construction defect.

Bonus Experience:

1st or 2nd chair trialexperience
