Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake to trial preparation Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Organize and maintain case files and documents Schedule depositions, hearings, and other appointments Assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients

Skills:

Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents Familiarity with case management software and electronic filing systems
