Providecomprehensive legal advice and representation to clients who havesuffered personal injuries. Conduct thorough case investigations todetermine the validity of each claim. Prepare and draft legaldocuments, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses,motions, and briefs. Negotiate settlements with insurance companiesand opposing counsel to ensure that clients receive the maximumcompensation they are entitled to. Represent clients in court,presenting evidence and arguments in a compelling manner to achievefavorable outcomes. Maintain open and frequent communication withclients, keeping them informed about the progress of their case andanswering any questions they may have. Stay updated on developmentsin personal injury law and participate in continuing legaleducation opportunities.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degreefrom an accredited law school. Current license to practice law inNew York. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal InjuryTrial Attorney. Proven track record of successfully handlingpersonal injury cases, including automobile accidents, truckaccidents, slip and fall incidents, catastrophic injuries, dogbites, and premises liability. Excellent negotiation and litigationskills. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability tointerpret laws, rulings, and regulations and apply them to specificcases. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with theability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear andunderstandable manner. High degree of professional ethics andintegrity.
