Accelerated Career Growth Job DetailsResponsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range ofcommercial real estate lease documents, including leases,amendments, assignments, subleases, terminations, and other relateddocuments. Counsel clients on commercial leasing matters, includinglease interpretation, dispute resolution, and compliance withlocal, state, and federal laws. Conduct due diligence reviews andprovide strategic advice on potential real estate transactions.
Collaborate with the broader legal team on cross-functionalprojects and initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith clients, ensuring their needs are met and their interests areprotected. Stay up-to-date on current trends and changes in realestate law, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
License to practice law in the state. At least 5 years ofexperience as a real estate attorney, with a focus on commercialleasing. Proven experience in handling complex real estatetransactions. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal realestate laws and regulations. Excellent drafting, negotiation, andcommunication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team,managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highdegree of professional ethics and integrity. Strong interpersonalskills, with the ability to build relationships with clients andcolleagues. Commitment to ongoing professional development andlearning. Interested in hearing more?
