We are seeking a talented and motivated Antitrust Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in New York City. In this role, you will work alongside industry leaders on high-profile cases and transactions, providing strategic advice on complex antitrust matters in an ever-evolving legal landscape. Key Responsibilities Counsel clients on antitrust issues related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
Conduct thorough analyses of competitive practices and market conditions.
Represent clients in regulatory reviews and investigations by governmental authorities.
Draft and negotiate legal documents, including merger agreements and compliance programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proactive strategies that align with clients’ business objectives.
