Job Description
Provide legal advice and services to corporate clients in connection with commercial disputes, focusing on financial restructuring and insolvency matters. Analyze capital structures and financial documents. Conduct legal research. Prepare memoranda of facts and law. Review andprepare legal documents including court submissions. Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Supervise more junior lawyers and paralegals. Requires a United States Juris Doctor (J.D.) or alternatively a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, or the foreign equivalent; admission to the New York Bar; and one year of commercial litigation experience.
