Job Description
Associate Attorney Caitlin Robin & Associates, PLLC 30 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004 Boutique law firm specializing in medical malpractice and nursing home defense litigation matters as well as plaintiff’s general liability cases is seeking mid level associate attorney to join our busy team in a full-time, in-person role in our Manhattan office. The duties and responsibilities of this position include assessing alleged liability/causation/injuries; drafting pleadings, drafting discovery demands, discovery responses and motions; assisting in preparing for and conducting depositions, and medical/legal research. A law degree with a license to practice in New York State is required. Experience working in a law firm setting handling medical malpractice, dental malpractice and long-term care negligence cases a plus. This position offers a generous salary and benefits and an environment that will support the growth of new business with profit sharing opportunities. Admission to New Jersey bar is a plus.
