We are seeking an attorney admitted in New Jersey. The candidate will handle court hearings, motion practice, and learn foreclosure and collection process functions. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Attorney of New York/New Jersey and should be willing to work in multiple facets of creditor’s rights. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, gain trial preparation experience, alongside well-respected, experienced trial lawyers. This position offers a (3 days in office). Responsibilities Draft, review, and approve the filing of pleadings and other court documents on behalf of our clients Advocate on behalf of client’s interest in litigation Appear for various court appearances and argue motions Communicate with opposing counsel effectively move and/or discuss potential settlement Qualifications 3-5 years New Jersey litigation experience Experience in foreclosure or legal debt collection a plus. Admission to practice law in the states of New Jersey (New York admittance or eligibility a plus) Experience in Drafting Motion for Summary Judgment a plus Trial experience a plus Solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task many matters at once. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
