The successful candidate must have verifiable experience in handling personal injury cases from inception through resolutuin , including, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, court conferences, negotiations, mediations and possible trials This is a full time Monday

• Friday in office position for a probationary period. The position will evolve to a hybrid work schedule with up to (2) days remote work.
• Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal cases, utilizing research tools such as Westlaw to inform legal strategies and decisions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery requests with precision and attention to detail to protect the interests of the client.
• Litigate cases before State and Federal courts, effectively present arguments, and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to understand legal needs and develop effective solutions.
• Staying up to date with current developments in relevant areas of law, including changes in legislation and case law.
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients and other claim professionals, ensuring they are informed and prepared for legal proceedings.
• Simultaneously manage multiple cases, tasks and deadlines.
• Skills
• Experience in personal injury law.
• Strong writing and drafting skills, with the ability to create effective legal documents.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, including Westlaw.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively litigate cases and interact with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced law office environment, managing multiple cases, deadlines, and changing priorities.
