un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Attorney (Financial District) Manhattan Law Office compensation: D.O.E. to $175,000 employment type: job title: Law Firm Assistant Well-regarded boutique litigation firm located in Lower Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with a strong background in premises liability cases and/or automobile defense cases. We represent major insurers and self-insured entities in high-stakes litigation across New York. Our firm is known for its practical, results-driven approach and its collegial, collaborative culture. Position Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of premises liability matters from inception through resolution Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, motion practice, depositions, and trials Conduct investigations, draft reports, and communicate directly with clients and carriers Develop and execute effective litigation strategies tailored to each case

Qualifications:

Solid experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on premises liability Strong litigation and case management skills Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities Admission to the New York Bar (additional NJ admission a plus) A proactive, organized, and client-focused mindset
