A confidential, globally admired luxury group is seeking an Employee Relations Attorney to join its U.S. legal team on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in managing employee relations matters, conducting internal investigations, and advising on employment law compliance across a diverse and high-performing organization.

What You’ll Do:
+ Advise on employee relations issues, including performance, conduct, and policy enforcement + Conduct and support internal investigations into workplace complaints and concerns + Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and internal policies + Draft and review employment-related documents and investigation reports + Partner with HR and Compliance to support training and policy development Requirements + J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; active bar membership + 5-10 years of experience in employment law or employee relations + Expertise in internal investigations and workplace compliance + Experience with luxury, retail, or large corporate environments preferred + Strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
