A confidential, globally admired luxury group is seeking a Real Estate / Commercial Leasing Attorney to support its U.S. legal team on a project-based, part-time basis. NYC What You’ll Do:
+ Draft, review, and negotiate leases, amendments, and real estate documents + Advise on lease compliance, renewals, and landlord/tenant issues + Support site selection, buildouts, and relocations + Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel + Ensure compliance with real estate laws and internal policies Requirements + J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; active bar membership + 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate law + Expertise in retail leasing, ideally with luxury or high-end brands + Strong negotiation and drafting skills + Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
