THE QUALIFICATIONS

: Qualified candidates will be admitted in New York and have 3-5 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice. Dual admittance in New Jersey is a plus.

THE BENEFITS

: The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
