We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits / ERISA Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of employee benefits law and ERISA , with the ability to advise on a broad range of related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counsel on qualified retirement plan design and compliance Advise on executive compensation and health & welfare plans Navigate fringe benefits and support in mergers and acquisitions Assist with sponsor and fiduciary risk management and benefit plan documentation Handle ERISA claims, dispute resolution , and government investigations/audits Ensure Affordable Care Act and Section 409A compliance

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership At least 5 years of focused experience in employee benefits and ERISA matters Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Prior law firm or in-house experience strongly preferred This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to work on complex and high-impact benefits matters in a collaborative and respected practice.
