RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Advise on high-stakes corporate restructurings, both in and out of court. Represent key stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, bondholders, and distressed investors, in large-scale Chapter 11 cases and workout scenarios. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on strategic solutions to distressed situations. Draft and negotiate restructuring agreements, bankruptcy filings, and related documentation.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

Salary Range:

$310,000 – $390,000 J.D. from a leading law school with strong academic performance. 4 to 6 years of focused experience in financial restructuring at a major law firm or boutique with a robust restructuring practice. Demonstrated expertise in handling sophisticated restructuring matters, including familiarity with Chapter 11 proceedings and complex workout negotiations. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with a client-oriented mindset. Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
