Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of general liability experience for our Uniondale, New York City, Albany or Poughkeepsie offices. In addition to the General Liability/Complex Torts practice, this attorney will also be included in our Strategic Alternative Defense team, which focuses on the defense of highly questionable claims. We are looking for a dynamic person, who wants to learn and be part of a team that values hard work, client responsiveness, outside of the box thinking and an appropriate work life balance.

Requirements:

Demonstrate an ability to analyze issues, communicate regularly with claims professionals, document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently Experience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice Trial experience a plus

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Hybrid Hours Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely Congenial, team focused environment.
