ABOUT THE ROLE
The firm’s Real Estate Joint Venture & Equity Investments Practice Group is seeking a mid to senior-level associate (3-6 years of experience) for their New York office. This is an exciting opportunity to structure, negotiate, and document transactions while bringing together knowledge from various disciplines to ensure a holistic approach to every project.
REQUIREMENTS
3-6 years of joint ventures law experience Strong real estate joint ventures experience, including complex real estate limited liability company and partnership agreements Major law firm experience is preferred Excellent legal writing skills and academic credentials Active New York Bar admission Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation:
