Successful candidates will handle matters from pleadings to trial in state and federal courts. Appellate experience is a plus, but not required. This firm is seeking motivated individuals who are confident in court, skilled at drafting and legal research, and ready to take ownership of complex cases. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in New York Supreme Court and Federal Court proceedings Draft pleadings, motions, and conduct thorough legal research Manage discovery, including taking and defending depositions Argue motions in court Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients Requirements 3+ years of litigation experience; real estate litigation strongly preferred Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently Comfortable appearing in court and handling arguments Appellate experience is a bonus, not a requirement Junior candidates should be self-motivated and eager to grow through hands-on experience Compensation & Revenue Sharing Base salary of $100,000-$140,000 annually Competitive bonus structure with earning potential up to $16,800 based on the firm’s revenue-sharing program Attorneys earn one-third of revenue collected on their billed hours, with no minimum billable hour requirement Additional bonuses for originating clients or bringing in new business Benefits Top-tier health, dental, and vision insurance (firm-funded) 401(K) plan and commuter benefits FSAs and subsidized gym memberships Free Broadway and sports tickets In-office perks including snacks, manicures, and massages Private offices with skyline views
