The firm is recognized for its sophisticated corporate transactions, advising top-tier clients on complex financial deals. Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on M&A transactions and leveraged finance matters, including acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings. Represent private equity sponsors, borrowers, lenders, and financial institutions in high-value transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, ensuring compliance with market standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute deals efficiently. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience (8 years maximum) in M&A and leveraged finance at a large law firm Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record (preferably near the top percentage of their class) New York State bar admission Extensive transactional experience in complex financial deals with private equity sponsors, institutional lenders, and corporate borrowers, including negotiation and structuring Proven ability to work effectively within a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and law school transcript for consideration.
