We are assisting them in their search for a Junior to Mid level Associate to join their nationally recognized Patent Litigation Group. You will support clients ranging from innovative startups to established leaders in technology and life sciences.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

1 – 5 years of patent litigation experience. Experience representing clients in complex patent disputes in federal courts across the United States and in parallel post-grant proceedings before the Patent Office. Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies, and work closely with clients to address their business needs. Willing to gain hands-on experience in all stages of patent litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through trial, including discovery, motions practice, and expert witness preparation.

REQUIREMENTS

Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance. Active NY BAR membership or eligibility to waive in. Industry-specific degrees or experience in high-tech or life sciences fields are preferred, but not required. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary:

$230,000 – $380,000 Healthcare, Life Insurance, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Wellbeing A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance
