We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plaintiff’s personal injury. Spanish speaking a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation from case inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the firm’s practice areas
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the NY state bar and in good standing.
