Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial Lending JCW is looking for Attorneys with commercial banking experience to join an innovative and fast-growing bank in the NYC area. The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal guidance on complex commercial lending transactions. In this role, you’ll also draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements as well as manage third-party contracts. What We’re Looking For:
J.D. degree and active Bar membership 3+ years of experience in commercial banking law, focusing on commercial mortgages & lines of credit Experience with SBA loans, fintech, DACA, or workout environments is helpful Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal, Accounting/Auditing, and Sales Industries Financial Services and Banking Web Reference
