Job Details Responsibilities:

1. Provideexpert legal advice on estate planning, business succession plans,and tax planning. 2. Prepare and review estate and gift taxreturns. 3. Manage the probate and estate administration process.4. Create and implement effective estate plans for clients. 5. Workwith clients to develop business succession plans. 6. Collaboratewith tax professionals to ensure effective tax planning forclients. 7. Stay updated on the latest laws and regulations relatedto estate planning and tax. 8. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients. 9. Assist clients in understanding andnavigating the complexities of estate planning, tax planning, andbusiness succession planning. 10. Provide legal representation forclients in court, if necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor(JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practicelaw in NY 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning,tax planning, and business succession planning. 4. Strong knowledgeof gift, estate, and fiduciary tax return preparation. 5. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills. Interested in hearing more?
