- Position Overview We are seeking a skilled corporate transactions attorney that specializes in transactions to provide legal advice and services related to corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate formations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and transactional processes, ensuring compliance and protecting the interests of our clients during various business activities. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions. Draft and review corporate documents, including contracts and agreements related to buying and selling businesses. Assist in the formation of new corporate entities and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations. Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law matters to support transaction processes. Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Collaborate with clients and other professionals to develop effective transaction strategies. Qualifications Jurisdictionally licensed attorney with a focus on corporate law. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate transactions, M&A and related legal practices. Strong understanding of business law, contract law, and corporate governance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
