Applicant must be admitted to practice in NYS; Applicant must be able to multitask; Applicant must feel comfortable handling a busy calendar and depositions; Applicant must be comfortable using a computer and computer programs; Applicant must be organized; Applicant must thrive in negotiations; Applicant must be a people’s person; Applicant must be fast on their feet; Applicant must work well under deadlines; and Applicant must have the ability to work independently.
