Excellent opportunity for the right person to grow in an expanding law firm. Our firm handles Workers Compensation cases which involves handling court hearings and depositions, speaking with clients, writing appeals, etc . Applicants should possess the following skills: NYS Workers Compensation experience Preferred Superior organizational and administrative skills Demonstrated ability to work well under deadlines, oversee multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Strong interpersonal skills and in-person presence Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a professional phone manner Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Excellent attention to detail and willingness to take initiative; self-starter Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work with minimal supervision.
