The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex real estate disputes and a strong understanding of both commercial and residential real estate law.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in real estate-related litigation including contract disputes, landlord/tenant issues, title disputes, and zoning matters. Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for trial, and appearing in court. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and briefs. Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding litigation risks and potential outcomes. Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to manage caseload efficiently.
Qualifications:
3+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate matters. Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem-solver.
