JobDetails Job Details:

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented,and experienced Permanent Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney tojoin our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in medical malpractice defense, general liabilitydefense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal representation to clients inmedical malpractice, general liability defense, and personal injurydefense cases. Conduct thorough and meticulous case preparationincluding drafting pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial motions.

Take the lead in courtroom proceedings, including trials, hearings,arbitrations, and mediations. Collaborate with our team ofprofessionals to develop defense strategies and negotiatesettlements. Maintain strong client relationships through regularcommunication and consultation. Stay up-to-date with the latestlegal precedents, regulations, and rulings that may affect theoutcome of cases. Foster a positive, ethical, and professional workenvironment that encourages collaboration and mutual respect.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney,specifically in medical malpractice defense, general liabilitydefense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Proven trackrecord of successful litigation, including trials and settlements.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with theability to present complex legal arguments clearly andpersuasively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, withthe ability to think strategically and make sound decisions underpressure. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildand maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and clientconfidentiality. Self-motivated and able to work independently, butalso able to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
