Contract Paralegal (Corporate Law•Remote, 30+ hrs/week) My Legal Assistant New York State • Remote We are a fast-moving legal team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented paralegal with strong experience in corporate transactional law . This is a remote contract role , minimum 30+ hours per week , with flexible hours and long-term potential. We are looking for someone based in the United States . While not a requirement, preference will be given to candidates based in New York or familiar with New York state filings and corporate processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting attorneys with corporate transactions (e.g., drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and agreements) Managing and maintaining organized legal files Conducting legal research and compiling documentation as needed Assisting with entity formations, compliance tracking, and document management

What We’re NOT Looking For:

No criminal law or litigation work No overseas applicants•U.S•based candidates only please

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience as a paralegal in corporate or transactional law Familiar with corporate filings, contracts, and regulatory forms Reliable internet and a quiet working environment

Bonus:
