This role focuses on construction litigation and New York Labor Law matters (240, 241). The firm offers a strong team culture, meaningful casework, and real opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do:
Manage your own caseload from inception to resolution Appear in court and advocate effectively Handle all aspects of discovery and motion practice Communicate with clients and provide regular status updates
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of litigation experience with a focus on construction/labor law Familiarity with NY Labor Law 240 and 241 Trial prep experience preferred Admitted to practice in
