On Call Counsel is seeking a highly skilled ComplexLitigation Attorney to join a prestigious and growing law firmbased in White Plains, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for amotivated legal professional with a strong background in businesslitigation to join a dynamic legal team handling sophisticated andhigh-stakes cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in allphases of complex commercial litigation, from pre-trial throughtrial and appeal Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigationdocuments Conduct legal research, depositions, and discovery Attendcourt appearances and argue motions Manage and develop clientrelationships Work closely with partners and other attorneys todevelop litigation strategies

Qualifications:

5-8 years ofexperience in complex litigation, with a focus on business orcommercial matters Admission to the New York State Bar is required;additional bar admissions are a plus Strong research, writing, andoral advocacy skills Demonstrated ability to manage casesindependently and collaboratively in a team environment Exceptionalattention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment toclient service
