1. Manage and oversee all stages oflitigation, including pleadings, discovery, pretrial, trial,settlement, and appeal. 2. Evaluate and provide detailed responsesto pleadings and motions. 3. Attend and represent clients atdepositions, mediations, and court appearances. 4. Develop andimplement litigation strategy for defense of lawsuits. 5.Coordinate and direct investigations conducted by paralegals andinvestigators. 6. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents,including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions,briefs, reports, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from anaccredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice in the state and ingood standing. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civillitigation, with a focus on insurance defense. 4. Proven experiencein trial proceedings. 5. Exceptional communication and negotiationskills. 6. Strong analytical skills and ability to thinkstrategically. 7. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and workunder pressure. 8. Excellent research, writing, and advocacyskills.
