We are seeking a highly motivated,experienced Trust and Estates Attorney to join our dynamic legalteam. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunityto work on a wide range of complex trust and estate matters. Thesuccessful candidate will have the opportunity to engage incomprehensive estate planning, including the development ofsuccession plans for businesses and the administration of complexestates. They will also be responsible for providing sophisticatedtax advice and dealing with wills and probate matters. This rolerequires a minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estatelaw, with a strong emphasis on tax issues.

Responsibilities:

1.Provide comprehensive legal counsel on all aspects of trusts andestates law, including estate planning, probate, and trustadministration. 2. Draft, review, and revise a variety of estateplanning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, andhealth care directives. 3. Assist clients in developing andimplementing estate plans that meet their individual needs andobjectives, including wealth preservation, family businesssuccession, and minimizing estate taxes. 4. Represent clientsbefore taxing authorities and in probate court proceedings. 5.Conduct legal research and analysis of complex trust and estate lawissues. 6. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, andother professionals to ensure that clients’ estate plans areintegrated with their broader financial and life goals. 7. Keepabreast of developments in trust and estate law and tax regulationsto ensure that clients’ estate plans remain compliant andeffective.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from anaccredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience intrust and estate law, with a strong emphasis on tax issues. 3.Admission to the state bar. 4. Demonstrated expertise in draftingand implementing complex estate plans. 5. Strong knowledge offederal and state tax laws and regulations related to estates andtrusts. 6. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. 7.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 8. Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability toestablish and maintain strong client relationships. 9. Ability towork independently and as part of a team, manage multiplepriorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.10.
