Position:
Corporate Markets Attorney
Work Type:
Fulltime/In-Office
An ideal candidate would have extensive experience representing issuers and investors in private securities offerings and drafting and negotiating limited liability company agreements, partnership agreements, stockholder’s agreements, articles of incorporation, and certificates of designation, including the provisions thereof establishing common and preferred equity securities.
It also would be beneficial for the candidate to have experience with equity-based employee compensation, including preparing equity incentive plans and awards. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to work at an award-winning firm that values teamwork and innovation.
Qualifications:
8 plus years of legal experience working on private securities offerings and entity agreements
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain PA license)
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Maintain existing client relationships and business
Ability to maintain and expand client relationships
