We are looking for a Partner level attorney (with minimum 5+ Years of Experience in the Practice Areas of Civil Litigation or Probate/Estate Planning or Family Law) to join our expanding team. Presently, Herb & Winters Law employs four attorneys and three administrative staff members. Within the next three years, the goal is to expand to 10+ attorneys. Ultimate job title title will depend upon experience/potential portable book of business, which could be Senior Attorney, Of-Counsel, or Partner level role.

Job Responsibilities:

Competently handle legal matters with your practice area with minimal to no supervision Highly motivated to produce superior work product, practice in a client-oriented manner, and conform to the ethical practice of law Superior communication skills and being able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment Keep accurate and detailed time records for purposes of billing

Job Requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania Law License 5+ Years of Experience Potential portable book of business Excellent analytical skills, and superior interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to work successfully with multiple team members, interacting with employees at all levels of the organization Demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, and a desire to deliver excellent work product while maintaining a key role within a growing team Possess a positive attitude, be proactive, and be a team player Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize needs based on urgency, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Plus:

Law License in neighboring state might be a plus, but is not required. Experience in different practice areas could be a plus as well, but is not required Pay (Depending on Experience & Potential Portable Book of Business): Base Salary, plus Additional Compensation Structure, plus
