A well-established, business-focused law firm in Pennsylvania is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of private practice experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven litigator ready to take ownership of challenging matters, contribute to a growing practice, and build long-term success within a collaborative and high-performing team.
About the
Role:
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in commercial litigation, is comfortable managing cases with autonomy, and is committed to delivering excellent service through all phases of litigation. While primarily in-office, this role offers flexibility to structure your day with professional discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in a wide range of business disputes and litigation matters
Manage litigation from intake to resolution, with support and mentorship from partners
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and conduct legal research on complex issues
Attend and conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations/trials
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Participate in networking and business development activities
Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
3-7 years of litigation experience in a private law firm
Background in commercial and general business litigation required
Strong research, writing, and case management skills
High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and LexisNexis

Bonus opportunity: based on billable performance
Reasonable billable target: 1500 hours, with bonus eligibility at 1600
