Salary:

$120,000 – $225,000 (commensurate with experience)

Overview :

A well-established and respected law firm located in Berwyn, PA, is looking to add a talented Litigation Attorney to its team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced attorney with a wide range of civil litigation expertise to take on complex cases in a collaborative and high-performing environment. Trial experience is highly preferred, along with proficiency in handling depositions and mediations. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for litigation and a proven history of success in civil matters. Active PA Bar membership is required, and NJ Bar membership is a plus. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with flexibility for remote work, although some in-office presence is necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a broad and varied caseload in civil litigation, including commercial disputes, contract issues, property claims, and more. Handle all stages of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to motions, depositions, and trial preparation. Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Draft and argue motions, write legal briefs, and prepare other legal documents. Lead settlement negotiations and discussions. Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout each case. Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the PA Bar is required; NJ Bar membership is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases. Trial experience is highly preferred. Strong expertise in depositions, mediations, and all aspects of litigation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically, work independently, and make sound legal judgments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Compensation & Benefits :
