We are seeking a highly experienced Senior EmploymentAttorney to represent public school districts in employment andlabor matters. This remote California-based role is ideal for anattorney with a strong background in public education law, employeediscipline, administrative hearings, and compliance with theEducation Code.

Responsibilities:

Defend school districts inemployment disputes, including PERB and OAH hearings Advise onemployee discipline, dismissal, and labor relations Provideguidance on Education Code compliance, Title IX, and collectivebargaining Draft legal documents and represent clients inadministrative and court proceedings Offer training and legalcounsel to school administrators and HR teams

Qualifications:

J.D.from an accredited law school; active California Bar member Minimum10 years of employment law experience, with a focus on publicschool or public sector defense Strong knowledge of Californialabor laws, Education Code, and PERB processes Excellent writing,advocacy, and client counseling skills California residency withability to attend occasional in-person hearings or meetings

Compensation:

$200,000-$275,000 annually, based on experience.

Includes bonus potential and full benefits package.
