Family Law Paralegal Appel Yost LLP 33 North Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17602 Appel Yost LLP, a well-established, growing Lancaster, PA law firm with a robust family law practice, is seeking a full time Family Law Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collegial environment. Responsibilities Collaborating with attorneys Interacting with clients Drafting correspondence and court documents Performing legal research Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate Minimum of three (3) years’ experience supporting a family law practice Knowledge of Family Law Software and Family Soft/Support Calc PA is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Summary As a Family Law Paralegal, you will support attorneys in managing family law cases, ensuring efficient legal operations within the firm. Your core skills in legal research, document review, and case management will be essential in preparing legal documents and maintaining case files. With premium skills in family law and litigation, you will assist in client interviews and case preparation. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, will aid in organizing information and managing documentation effectively.
