QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess a Juris Doctor degree. Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as part of a team with Firm attorneys and staff. Close attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Superior work ethic. Computer literacy inclusive of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel. Ability to travel to clients and courthouse locations as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct client meetings to assess the nature of legal work required. Ability to attend and represent clients for hearings. Preparation of various litigation documents inclusive of pleadings, briefs, motions and petitions. Maintain a stringent tickler system to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Draft legal documents including, but not limited to, simple and complex estate planning, business formation, business representation, municipal representation, real estate related issues. Ability to respect and work professionally with Firm attorneys and staff.
